OUR COMMITMENT: Envision empowers residents in our Community Living Programs to reach their potential for independent living in their communities. Services and supports focus on community living skill acquisition and community participation, with a core belief that all persons are functioning and contributing members of their communities. Programs are provided to adults with an Intellectual/Developmental Disability (I/DD) in a variety of settings ranging from 24-hour to intermittent supports. Each resident has an individual, person-centered plan to outline the type and frequency of services and supports they desire and require.
24 HOUR COMMUNITY INTEGRATED LIVING ARRANGEMENTS (CILA): Envision has licensed CILA homes throughout the Chicagoland area in which Direct Support Professional and other staff are on site to provide support to individuals.
For more information contact Linda Vero, Admissions Coordinator, at 773.987.3458
FAMILY AND INTERMITTENT CILA: For adults with I/DD who are interested in receiving supports in their family or own home to maintain independent living in the community. Envision staff provide and coordinate services within the person’s home, as well as in their community, based on the needs of the individual.
For more information contact Henrietta Okonta, Program Director for I CILA, at 773.987.3434
HOST FAMILY: The Host Family program enables adults to live in the community in a private home of a family. The family contracts with Envision to provide support in their home for up to two persons with I/DD.
